Velodyne sms-1

Anyone have the Velodyne sms-1 eq? If so, does it work okay? Ive been looking at this for a while, just wanting to know if its worth the $$ thanks

Although a little more involved you could spend $99 on a Behringer Feedback Destroyer (http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?&DID=7&Partnumber=248-656) and run the free software, room EQ wizard (http://homepage.ntlworld.com/john.mulcahy/roomeq/), on your computer with the radio shack SPL meter. Although not as user friendly as the Velodyne, it's far cheaper and very effective. The BFD is very popular for EQ duties.

There is also R-DES (http://www.av123.com/products_product.php?section=processors&product=31.1) which may be cheaper then the sms-1.
