Well I just got back from the Show at the Kodak Theater in Hollywood. Without question, if you happen to live in the area. You owe it to yourself to watch a show in this place. The acoustics in this place are the best I have ever heard in a live show. It wasn't overbearing and I could literally watch the band, and pick out every instrument.

The lights dimmed and a roar from the crowd when the heart beat was heard. He started off w/ Speak to Me/Breath in the Air from Dark Side. This was a teaser for the Floyd Fans as he finished this number. He told us he was going to play his New CD in its entirety. I was at first really dissapointed when this fact was layed out before me. I only listened to the New CD about 4 times prior to this in its entirety. And although it is good. I was really there for the Floyd Music. After listending to the first set,(about an hour), I got a new appreciation for the CD. He also plays the Saxaphone, and does it well. This fact escaped me, as I didn't know he played. After the first set, there was a 15 min. Break. We all knew what was coming up next.

He opened up the second set w/ Arnold Layne a slew of songs from Dark Side, Time and Money. Then he proceeded w/ Div Bell songs, What do you want from me, Great Day for Freedom, Coming Back to life and High hopes. Then he hits me with a whammy. During a quiet passage in the concert I yell out "Echoes", well, after the Div Bell songs, he hits the beginning notes of Echoes and then graces the crowd w/ 20 Minutes of bliss. Laser lights and all. Echoes in its entirety..........

The night ended w/ Comfortably Numb. I know I missed a lot of the set in here, he played a solid 2:45 minutes from my watch. We got out of there around 11 or so.

Also of note. Richard Wright played with him the entire show. I am not sure if Wright normally does on this tour, as there was another Keyboard/Piano player on the stage. Also Crosby, and Nash came on and played back up for a couple songs.

Recommended HIGHLY, if you can get a chance to check him out on the tour..
