I better try to answer this before you get impatient and try it. You cannot bridge them mono and leave the interconnect connected or you will damage the speakers or amp or both. It has to do with losing the common ground which the sdas require. There are plenty of threads about this so don't do it without reading them or asking more questions.
welcome to the forum.

thanks

jn,
You are saying "bridge"... Do you mean bi-amp?

jnilson - I am not sure about the SRS's you have. I have a set of 1.2's and didn't have any problem w/ running my amps mono on my speakers. I simply ran a 12 ga. speaker cable and tied the two ground posts together on the amps (Monster MPA-2250's). I own one and was babysitting another one while a friend was out of town....
It is my understanding that as long as you can share a common ground between the amps you should be good to go. However, with that said you should contact the amp manufacturer to ask them if you can tie the grounds together without complications...

Wanting to do this with disimilar amps, sounds like a recipe for disaster. Even they did manage to coexist, strpped together or whatever, I don't think it would sound very good.
But knock yourself out there, Sparky...
