I recently spoke with your Baltimore office, and they suggusted sending my PSW202 amplifier section to your San Diego office. I packed the amp up and sent it to Suite A etc. with a letter discribing my problem and a email address and phone number to call when / if you service department recieved it.
I sent it registered and know that it's been received. Is there a phone number I can call directly into San Diego to follow up this issue?
