Monitor 40 vs 60 vs R15

I am in the market for some new front speakers and I need some help.
I am on a budget. I currently have Cerwin Vegas(V-series) for the front,
M30's for the surrounds, and a CSI 1 for the center. Also I have a JVC sub that I want to replace too. Here is my problem I am debating whether to move my 30's for the front and use the r15(99.00 on sale) for my surrounds. I have also thought of getting the m40's or m60's for my fronts.
Any suggestions would be great? Also does anyone know of a sub around 150.00-300.00 that would be good?

I forgot to mention it will used 40% for TV and movies and 60% for
5 channel stereo sound.

What do you mean by 5 channel stereo surround?? Like it sends stereo to all speakers all around... or do you mean music that is mixed for surround sound... like dvd-a's ... Anyways, it's easy to say if you have the money, the more up the line, the better.

I mean when I listen to music all 5 speakers are playing.

Well i haven't listened to any but the r15. It's a fine speaker for the price. It's in desperate need of bass but I think it can stomp over anything in range...which should be around 50-60 shipped from outpost whenever they have their sale.

Since you want to listen to all channel stereo for your music I would think that a slight upgrade would be important, because you want everything to match for music. You don't want to be distracted by rear music that doesn't sound anything like your fronts.

This is my problem I dont think everything sounds balanced. It is just a solution for a couple of months.
