Have broke volume knob on subwoofer, now sub won't work at all. Knob is loose if you push it in, it will make contact and work. Please advise.

I think this could be said without expanation but I just want to remind everyone of how awesome Polk is to work with. I had a problem with a set of computer speakers, emailed Polk and got service way beyond ordinary. This is the type of service that I think often goes unreported which is why I just want to thank Polk once again and remind everybody here why I enjoy their products so much.
