I've developed a new one that's something about being allergic to anything remotely associated with excercise. I'm workin on that one though..........(tonight)

I am allergic to cats and my girlfriend has 7 cats at her house (5 were just born a couple of days ago so they haven't ahd time to give them away). We had to baby sit over there last week so yeah I was popping pills like crazy (Advil Cold and Sinus seems to be the only thing that works on me, unfortunately).

Wow, sounds like my idea of hell. Hope all the pussy in that house is worth it for the relationship.

I think I'm allergic to this board... maybe it's just Polks in general. Or USA Soccer. Ya, that's it. Soccer...

Don't take two in one day. Stick to one.

Loratadine is just the drug name for Claritin. A lot of people, myself included, get very dry mouth from that - I get so dehydrated it's not worth taking.
Surprisingly I've had no allergies this year, and I'm usually bad... I wonder if I grew out of them?

Oh yeah! It's been a tough season.
I tried taking OTC Claritin 24hr, but was having problems sleeping. Ran over to the doctor and he switched me to Allegra with no problems. Good stuff

I use Loratadine as well. No side effects & it works. When it's real bad I supplement it with a prescription nasal spray Flonase.

I'm with you Steve. I also stuff a Luckie up each nostril to further filter what my body is getting.

The list of things I am allergic to is long and includes beer. A couple of years of desensitization shots did nothing but made me sick of seeing needles stuck in me. Allegra D and Flonase help when it gets real bad.

I was using OTC Claritan until it dried my sinuses so much I got bad nose bleeds. I have a 'script for Allegra, but haven't used any yet. May have to pop one due to sneezing alot lately. Pollen is very bad right now!

Might I recommend a Marlboro and a hot cup of coffee? It's the breakfast of champions, as we called it in the Army.

Me too... bad. I had all-day cotton mouth anytime I tried it. Flonase spray has worked well instead.

Benadryl man, been around a long time and still the best. I second the Winston and coffee routine. or anything that ends in ....ine ,has got to be good for you. Going without em doesn't make you live longer, it just seems like it.
