It's inaudible to most humans over the age of 20. I hear it loud and clear. It's supposed to be a ringtone that only kids can hear, but a store in the UK uses it to keep pesky teenagers away because at high volumes it's unpleasant.
Don't hear anything? Ask your kids....or your dog.
