Does anyone have anything good/bad to say about using a GOOD quality speaker selector switch. I want to switch my 2 channel system between a couple different speakers. I'm thinking of picking up an Adcom gfs-x on ebay. I don't want to sacrifice fidelity and don't plan on bi-wiring or anything like that.

Any suggestions of good units would be appreciated.

The Adcom is supposed to be a good unit. I've used models by Niles and Sonance and have never had any problems. I have not noticed any sound degradation.

I have two Niles speaker selector switches..........one for four pair of speakers and one for 10 pair of speakers. I purchased them both off ebay. Have not had them long, but they seem to work well.
