Nope, they are FrankenBics. Those are BIC (British Industries Corp.) Formula 6 "Venturi" cabinets stuffed with everything the guy could find. Those cabs are from around 1974-75. I sold those and the smaller Formula 2's and 4's back then around Long Island, New York. Nothing to write home about is how I would've described them.

For $20 it looks like a good deal to me. Those 3 sub drivers went for about $150 each if I recall. Throw the rest away!
