Computer sub

Hey all. I got the AMR50 a few days ago, the sats sound fine, but the sub has noticeably loud "chuffing" from the port in the back; I'm not even driving this sucker hard. Anyone have suggestions on how to eliminate this? Thanks.

This may sometimes goes against the logic of most peoples solutions, but generally I have .wav volume to 60 percent to eliminate as much over-powering and distortion as possible.

I heard that sub only once and to be honest, dont really expect to drive it hard and hear it deliever heart pounding bass. But thats just me.

If its simply intrusive even at insanely low volumes, perhaps taking it back as a defective product may be in store.
