The demo for this game has been recently released on XBox Live and so far it's freakin awesome.
Granted the voice acting doesn't sound top notch, but the gameplay is just awesome. I haven't had this much fun playing a game since Devil May Cry and it's amazing how many people you can fight at once. The game can handle hundreds of enemies on the screen at once and it doesn't slow down at all.
I can't wait for this game to come out on 8/15.
Anyone else like the demo?

I wasn't too crazy about it, but I didn't get to spend a whole lot of time with it. I'm going to fire it up again this weekend and give it another look.

It was fun but I agree with most reviewers on one point... the bosses are horrible. Why is it that your weapons swing through them for no damage when they are either a) attacking or b) already taking damage from one of your weak soldiers?

I never noticed that. When I would attack them and they were blocking it wouldn't do any damage but if my soliders were attacking them at the same time they always seemed to get hurt

I thought the demo was alright but they need to do something about the feedback. I want to feel my character swipe through 20 guys at a time.

I played the demo. Eh, it was alright. Granted ALL those goblins on the screen was cool, but I doubt I'll ever play it again.

I'd be interested if it was more than just that. It was interesting gameplay, but I have no idea what kind of game it's trying to be. RPG, or what?

To me it was way too similar to Dynasty Warriors, which was horrible. Hack and slash and repeat.
