Madden NFL 2007 - XBox 360

You know Tommy I have to agree with you. EA is like MS, and they have really taken over the sporting market to the point of you as a sport fan have only one choice of gaming (from a football standpoint) UBI soft is the same way for the rest of the market. UBI's name is all over everything. BUT I will still get Madden...what other choice do we have?

Its cool, but its more or less a slightly better version of 2006.

I think it's 10 times better than 2006. The hall of fame mode is neat. My favorite party game is rushing attack, the mini camp game. it's a lot of fun and doesn't require a steep learning curve. I think this year's supports more than 2 player as well which would be really cool, but I can't confirm.

What is Hall of Fame mode? I haven't played that yet. Now I am hooked on the Superstar mode. I am currently doing QB. Its fun and hard, but not too hard. I joined an online league too. I think I am addicted to games.

I'm doing Superstar mode too, and it's bullshizzle because it's not recording my progress. Undefeated after 5 games, and well over 1200 yards rushing with my RB. Maybe it doesn't update until a season is over? Doesn't seem right, anyone know what I might be doing wrong here?

The game play is absolutely terrible, at least in multiplayer mode. If I hit the B button enough, I can get a TD every play. WTF. The game is completely unrealistic and defies the laws of physics. Glad I played it at a friends place and didn't waste $60 on this POS.

Could I be a bit more negative?

I think you do get all the accomplishments, gamer points, whatever at the season's end. I am simming through the seasons, and my Madden points only go up at the end of the playoffs.

Are you playing using a wireless adaptor. I f*cking hate my adaptor(it could be the modem, not sure), it always cuts out for no reason, spend 20 minutes rebooting everything and still won't work, then after another 10 minutes it just connects with no problems, I don't get it. I thought moving from a house to an apartment would make it better (the modem and adaptor are much closer together now), but I still have the same problem. I think I'm just going to run a wire through the basement so I don't have to deal with this POS anymore.

No, its not wifi either. I think most of the games I have played online have been against players on the other side of the country. Whatever, no big deal.

One cool thing in Madden this year that I love is the sports ticker at the bottom of the screen in menus. Brilliant!
