I finally got around to ordering it. Delivery will be around the end of OCT. According to Frank it will elevate my 2 channel listening enjoyment to a whole new level. At present I am very delighted with my 2 channel performance. But I am always looking for ways to improve without having to take out a second mortgage on my house. LOL!! Hence the need & curiousity to try the Ultra DAC to hear what it will add. Frank is very confident in his products & offers a generous return policy. If it's anything like his OmegaStar 440EX amp that I own, I'm sure it's going to be a keeper. Only time will tell!!

Congrats! Can't wait for the review.

I'm going to hot rod my Dynaco PAS 3-X with his kit this winter.

Congrats man! One things for sure. On that DAC, you don't have to worry about microphonic tubes because they're most likely used as buffers. You can place the most microphonic tubes in there and it won't mean sheeat.

Very good pickup, AVA makes the best gear around IMO. Color me jealous!
