I talked to this guy - he says they are SDA 2's with the patch cable included. He wasn't sure of any more details at this point, but has some pictures. With these you will get (4) Monitor 4.6's and 4 stands. He is listing them for $150 - he said he would take $125.... I would bite, but I don't have the need or space right now. If anyone is interested, I can arrange packaging and shipping.

I'd love to own some vintage Polks one day, but TX is a bit more than a skip, hop, and a jump from me. Can't find any info on the SDA 2's online, either.

Why in the world would he be selling them all so cheap?

That's a frickin steal!
Dave, you should get them just to get them into the "family". You could easily sell off the 4.6 on Ebay and have free SDAs. Man, if I were closer...

He told me he bought a smaller place a little close in. When he got the speakers in the room, it was all speakers.

Of course, I would be willing to store these and keep them tuned up until someone did a road-trip. I even get up to DFW where my wife's family is every once in a while.

I just called him and he said they were sold. I was ready to call in sick to work tomorrow to go pick them up.

Dang. I would've had you store them for me to pick up one weekend. Need to get down to Houston to visit some friends anyway. Good excuse to use for the objective or getting some new speakers.

Let me know if any other outrageous deals surface in H-town.

Like I need more speakers. I started calling him about 2-3pm yesterday and he never answered or called me back. Hope someone here got them.
