R-Series tests? [Archive]

I just finished reading someones opinion of the new R20s. I am planning to get these for my surrounds and a CSI20 for my center. It would be fair enough to say that the R20s were not to this persons liking. I havent had a chance to hear them for myself so I was curious if anyone else had.

Once again any help is greatly appriciated!!!

I haven't heard them...but they should match great with your R50's.....

While it's interesting to hear other's opinions, you really just have to hear them yourself. Preferably in your own room, with your own equipment, and playing your own music (or movies). There's really no substitute, especially when talking about speakers.

Are you happy with the sound of your R50's? I would think that R20's would have the same basic tonal characteristics, minus a little low end.

I haven't heard the new ones but I have a pair of R10's and an older pair of R2's. I like 'em both. Give the new ones a listen...
