Offering for sale a pair of RT55i's...matching serial #'s 08948/08949.

These have been labeled as being some of,if not the best sounding bookshelf Polk has ever offered in the RTi line.

I would rate one cabinet an 8/10 with only some slight scratches here and there mostly on the bottom.

Second cabinet I'd say 7/10 with a ding in the top-rear corner that's been touched up (see picks)Also some slight scratches here and there and on the bottom.

Grills are in very good condition.

The speakers perform flawlessly with all drivers working properly.They will sing with good clean power.

Needing funds to upgrade gear in 2-channel rig...these will be shipped in 2 separate cartons and will be packed to the max.

Im very interested however, it doesnt seem like much of a deal considering the pair I was watching on Ebay sold for $218.

I think the price is pretty good. I remember less than a year ago, I was looking and I couldn't find a pair of RT55i for much less than $300. Its a heck of a lot of speaker for $225 IMHO. Its basically an RT800i in a smaller cabinet.

This is a very good price. I would not let mine go for less than $275. I would rate mine 9/10.

Come on people; someone buy these speakers!! It's a great price for a great pair of speakers....

If someone doesn't grab them I might get them just to keep them in a closet until I need them...it is THAT good of a deal.

I love the hell out of this model speaker. If I already didn't have a pair, they would be on the way to me.
