MTX Thunderform Sub for 2002 F150 Supercrew

I have a 3-4 year old Powered Thunderform in my Ford F150 Supercrew that has recently died.
I would like to replace it but am limited to the same brand if I want a powered sub that fits the truck.
I need to know if the current model of the Thunderform that has a 200 watt class D amp is an upgrade from the older model or is it the same amp as the one that I currently have.
