Walked into Wal-Mart for new socks and boxers, and walked out with my new shorts and a PS3. :eek:

Talk about timing. No standing in line, and no punches thrown. I'll throw it up on eBay for a mint, but if it doesn't sell I am keeping it I think. :confused:

The same thing happened to me when the PS2 launched. I just walked into a Toys R' Us and snagged one. Even the cashier was in disbelief -- "where was this?!?"

Sometimes things just fall in your lap when you least expect it.

I was going to buy both of them, but one guy claimed it was for a charity. I took him at his word, despite claiming them both.

Ah, don't worry. I'm sure they'll have plenty of energy for the home crowd. I'll be sure to tell him, though. :D

Wal-Mart said 3 weeks, and that they shouldn't have had any this soon, but he thought it was due to the small shipment they got last week.
