I took out the 4 screws that were hidden under the pads, but still can't get the lid off. I bought this damn thing NIB and only used it for less than 25 hrs before the drawer quit opening. Of course there's a game stuck in it.

Any clues??

Does it have a drawer release pin hole? No? C4 then, it doesn't deserve to live.

There are 6 pins (i think...maybe 5)....they are under the labels. Peel them back...or just feel for them with the hex screwdriver to get to it.
