Finished it up this morning. No more big-ass Sonotube sub sitting in the middle of the theater floor...yeah!
Interior dimensions are 4'x2.0'x.90'. It's built with .75 MDF and braced with several .50 all-thread rods and lined with .50 polyfill and duel ported. Basically, all the same parts from the Sonosub.
I ran a couple movie clips and it feels awesome, much better then the sonosub, due to it's close proximity to the seating I'd imagine. I have not done any calibrating or run any freq sweeps yet but hopefully something I can do within the next week. Nice thing is that because I have it cut off at 40Hz you can't tell that the sub has changed locations in the theater or that it is under the futon.

Next up, a coat of black paint.
