I currently have an older set of polk speakers with the SL2000 tweeter in them. One of the tweeters is worn out and in need of replacement. I read that the RD0194-1 is basicly the same tweeter as the sl2000 but better. If i want to replace my sl2000 tweeter with this one will it line up correctly though or will i need to make some modifications?

It's a drop in replacement for the SL2000, nothing needed but a screwdriver.

You'll want to replace all the tweeters for a sonic match as the new ones do sound different.

i plan to do this soon to all 6 of my monitors. Is there a direct order form for them from polk or do I need to call?

Call or PM Ken Swauger. I did the latter.

Done. Thanks. Hopefully they aren't too pricey so I can do all 6 at once :D
