C400 Amp not turning on.

It seems like the amp is shorted but im not for sure about it. The fuses are fine. Blue lite goes on then it immediately switches to red one. The red one then begins to dim down and then the power (blue) light comes back on and it cycles and never turns back on. Do i need to send this unit in? I have tried grounding it in different places with same results. Amp did work before. Not sure what happened to cause this.

Include a short note with your name, address, daytime telephone number, description of the problem, along with a copy of your receipt. We recommend shipping it using UPS or FedEx.
