Clarksville is at the northern edge of TN where I24 enters KY, drove by there a hundred times going home to IN

Yep, right on the border. If you are stationed at Ft. Campbell, it is either Clarksvegas or Oak Grove, KY. It is a lot more expensive to live in KY, believe it or not.
