Are these worth it?
I can pick 2 up for 450$cad. Not sure if they would be a good match for my current outlaw mono on my centre.

Yes, that's a decent price. The Marantz monoblocks are great for the price. Better sounding than your Outlaw, IMO.
What speakers will they be driving?

thanks Early, they would, if buddy gets back to me, driving my rti8's and I'd leave the outlaw for my csi3.
I agree the Marantz Monoblocks are amazing for the price, Ive had experience with both the 500's and 700's....Clean power!

A friend has a pair of 500s driving GR AV2s, plenty of power and warm detail for these 4 ohm speakers. The 700s should sound excellent.

my three fronts are powered by MA500 mono blocks. I'd love to "upgrade" them to MA700's.. for a bit more umph. :) get them.

I did that recently -- went from a 500 to a 700 with a center channel (AAD 2002), but didn't notice any improvement in sound. Of course, your situation may be different. If you're considering upgrading, I suggest going beyond the Marantz to an even higher quality amp(s).
