Old style speaker terminals. Fix?

My old Fisher 500 has those crappy screw connectors that expect a spade terminal on your wire. Do they make an adapter that you can screw on to the old connector (and leave) that has a banana jack or something else on it?

You will need to know the thread size of the screws, but these will work:
