On PSW450, does the crossover takes effect for both lfe input and line level input or just for line level input?

Thanks for participating in the Forum. I believe you are asking if the LFE input, on your sub-woofer, bypasses the variable low pass filter, correct? If so, then yes, it does. This is necessary to avoid double filtering, your receiver's sub-out connection is going to send frequencies below a certain point (usually 80 or 90 Hz) to the sub-woofer. There is no need for any additional filtering (except for owners who would want a lower low pass filter point, say 60 Hz) so the LFE input does't involve any additional filtering. The regular left and right line level inputs, on the sub-woofer, do go through the variable low pass filter, allowing the owner to choose a different low pass filter point providing a full range signal is given to the unit.
