RDRAM needed

I am looking for some fairly inexpensive RDRAM.

184 pin, ECC or non-ECC, PC-800, at least two matching sticks.

I don't mind used or if you know some good places to buy some for reasonable prices please let me know.

This is for a Dell Dimension 8100.

How much? as in 256, 512?

512 would be preferred, but I wouldn't turn away 256 either.
