These are open box demo's that have exactly 24 hours in-store on them. I know they saw about 2.5 hours listening time as I was the one who set them up. As usual, too much stuff, so little time. All prices include shipping to CONUS.

I've been a fan since my first NAD rig was purchased from Russman. NAD gear is legendary for the Power Envelope, or as its called now...the Power Drive. This allows the amplifier sections to remain dynamically stable into 4 & 2ohms. The guts are straightforward and toroid based. The sound is warm, controlled and NAD easily integrates into any setup.

Take some time and read the reviews for the units, if applicable, on the NAD homepage and thanks for looking.

NAD C320 BEE Integrated Amplifier - Grey - 9/10 - *SOLD* to Bill Ayotte (http://nadelectronics.com/products/hifi-amplifiers/C320BEE-Stereo-Integrated-Amplifier)

This IA and it's cousin the C325 BEE always get glowing reviews. The C320 BEE was chosen as the 2005 Hi-Fi Product of the Year.

As technology continues to evolve, NAD engineers place a particular emphasis on how those technologies can trickle-down into the entry-level line of components. This has played a major role in our success over the years as we continue to make what critics hail at the "best" even better. The concept behind the C320BEE was to create a simple to operate component that delivers an amazing amount of effective power with finesse and overall flexibility. Technologies found in the C320BEE date back to the famous 3020 (worlds best selling amplifier) designed by the famed Bjorn Edvardsen. The solid internal amplifier is stable down to 2-ohms and features the same PowerDrive™ technology found on even our highest-end offerings. With 7 line inputs, main amp inputs and pre-amp outputs, the 320 remains flexible with additional room to expand.

2 x 50W Minimum Continuous Power into 4 / 8 ohms
110W, 160W, 210W, IHF Dynamic power into 8, 4 and 2 ohms, respectively

NAD C325 BEE Integrated Amplifier - Grey - 9/10 - *SOLD* (http://nadelectronics.com/products/hifi-amplifiers/C325BEE-Stereo-Integrated-Amplifier/)

Check out the current issue of The Absolute Sound for a killer review of this Integrated Amplifier.

The C320BEE and its predecessors has been the benchmark for budget amplifiers for 30 years now, having won every award in the Hi-Fi industry several times over. Making the C325BEE better than the C320BEE was a tall order! By “trickling down” several innovations from NAD’s new state-of-the-art Masters Series products has resulted in the C325BEE having even less distortion, less noise, and a more detailed rendition of the musical recording.

New DC Servo eliminates sound colouring capacitors in the signal path. This improves musical detail and eliminates harmful loudspeaker ‘offset’.
Patented distortion canceling circuit uses both feedback and feed forward to reduce distortion and improve amplifier stability.
Highly optimised circuit layout further lowers internal impedance, improves grounding, and eliminates subtle magnetic distortions. Lower noise and distortion, and improved channel separation are a direct result of this optimisation.
Surface mount (SMD) technology shortens signal paths and lowers distortion in NAD's proprietary Class A gain modules.
BEE Clamp improves HF stability when driving difficult speakers.
Volume Control has minimum volume cancellation circuit to increase attenuation by 10dB.
Tone controls are hand trimmed for perfect response characteristics.
A new idling current circuit is more accurate with less unit-to-unit variation.
More rigid chassis has improved mechanical integrity.
MP Input for easy connection of iPod™, MP3 and other Media Players employing 3.5mm headphone sockets.

NAD T515 DVD/CD Player(+DVD-Audio) - Grey - 9/10 - *SOLD* to RCS (http://nadelectronics.com/products/dvd-players/T515-DVD/CD-Player)

NAD’s DVD Players are renowned for superb performance and great value. Unlike the “no name” players sold as loss leaders by discount stores, NAD achieves picture quality that is impressive even on large format TV’s and projectors where every minute imperfection is magnified. Whether your TV is analog or digital the T515 is equipped to make the most of your TV’s performance offering both Component Video and HDMI outputs.

If the picture is impressive, the sound quality can easily embarrass machines costing 3 and 4 times the T515’s highly affordable price. Sonic performance on all audio formats easily rivals established performance leaders. Whether you are listening to CD or DVD-A, or even MP3 and WMA files, bass is full and taught, mids and highs are detailed and smooth, and the stereo image shows depth and scale. Over 30 years of audio engineering excellence is both obvious and reassuring.

I can't believe no one has grabbed any of this NAD gear yet. What is it? 50 wpc @ 8 ohms? Don't let that number fool you...it is true continuous HIGH CURRENT power. I have driven SDA 1Cs to very loud levels with no distortion whatsoever with a C320BEE IA. I have personally owned the C320BEE and heard the C325BEE and T743 AVR and they are sweet! As for the DVD player, NAD is a company that concetrates on audio in their DVD players as much as video. The T515 would be a great dual purpose player for somone who wants good CD playback in their HT rig. I would be all over some of this stuff it I weren't already up to my eyeballs in NAD gear!

NICE! I am a big fan of their stuff! Great sound for a great price!

dorokusai
03-18-2007, 10:38 PM
Thanks Shack Daddy :D I agree, don't let the low wpc mislead you as the amplifier section is solid. Adding to Steve's comment, I've also run a pair of SDA1C(Funny, but the SAME pair he now owns :), nicely on a 2240PE(2x40) and that amp is from 1987.

The T-515 DVD Player also has HDMI output for you video nuts.

I'm cleaning them all up, although they don't need it and wrapping them like little make believe babies....left to suffocate in their boxes this evening.

For those of you on the wall about things, realize I can't match every internet price you're gonna find. Also realize that you're most likely not going to get a unit that is this nice and I hope you receive it working. When I say 9/10, low hours....I mean it, its not a guess. I take this shipping thing serious. I'm here after the sale, so there's nothing that we can't take care of.

Yeah Shack, you always get at least a couple DB headroom with New Audio Dimension. Rock solid gear. I've run I don't know how many NAD amps and receivers - I have a NAD dvd-p anchoring my HT, and it has performed flawlessly for years.

I hope this essentially NIB gear doesn't end up on ebay or audiogon, and some Polkies take advantage. I may have to buy one of the integrateds on principal alone.

Cheers,
Russ

I can highly recommend the C720BEE receiver! I've been using one for my bedroom system, and it sounds fantastic! It has a LFE out, so creating a sweet 2.1 system for movies and music is really easy.

If anyone wants additional information, seriously, drop me a line anytime.

I have the receipts for this gear so while I cannot guarantee the 2 year warranty, after my conversation with NAD today, I'm sure that if anything happens you'll be just fine. Let's talk.

Jason and I spoke via email and thanks for your interest BTW.

I think he should be looking for a stand alone amplifier for his intended purpose, as opposed to an IA just for the amplifier section. It's simply a waste of an excellent pre-amp section IMO.

Good luck Jason:D

The Acoustic Research Receiver I got from Russ cost me a pair of KEF 102's that I stole for $20. THOSE were pretty fine. They were mint too. There's very little chance I was going to part with those for money. I really wanted that AR Receiver, they're tough to find.
