Looks like I scored some Tylers, so yet another fire sale is happening to reign 'em in.
First off... the Silverline Preludes purchased but a few weeks ago as a dealer demo -- though I do not believe for a moment that these were anything but new. Condition is pristine and I can honestly say that they're not even broken in yet. If you want the low-down on these phenomenal performers, read the latest issue of Stereophile for their stellar review. Keep in mind that these are the original versions and not the revised. As such, they were a steal at $700 plus shipping (marked down from $1200). I pass the savings on to you plus more for $OLD to some guy on Audiogon. At that price, you cannot touch the Preludes. BIG sound from a slim tower and a smaller footprint. And at 8 Ohms and a sensitivity of 91db, you can drive these with almost any amp on the market. Dynamic, overflowing with quick, articulate and punchy bass, and able to disappear in whatever room you place 'em in, the Preludes will have you grinning ear to ear. Includes original box(es), paperwork, grills, spikes, rubber feet, etc.

Please note that these reviews are for the original version

This review is for both versions.
Next up... a Rotel RCD-02 in silver. Minty fresh with original box, manuals and remote. Gives about 80% of the performance of the highly-acclaimed RCD-1072, but at half the price. HDCD compatible. Asking $OLD to stereo luver.

Hey Jason,
PayPal didn't send me an invoice for this transaction, but it looks like it went through when checking the PayPal site. Everything go ok on your end?
Thanks,
Chuck
PS....I'll try and pay faster next time. Please excuse my delay in completing this transaction...LOL

Yeah... I shot you a PM confirming it. And then shot you and Shackdaddy another PM for the "good-seller's list".
And since my name isn't Eric, maybe you have the wrong thread?:D
Either way... payment received. Thanks:)
As for any "delay", I think you set a land-speed record for payment sent. Barring bending the space-time continuum, I don't know how you could have been any quicker.

I'm still laughing....my side hurts now. I'm sitting on 12 pairs of speakers and I have to go back to a thread I started a little while back. I asked where did you get the audio bug from and when is enough equipment enough? AND I just bought ANOTHER CDP....LOL. I bought a Macintosh CDP last week and its still in the box. I gotta stop!!!!

Gimmie a break Eric (Jason)...LMAO....I caught that and corrected it...almost fast enough...I bought a Macintosh CDP from a guy named Eric last week. Like I said...I gotta stop buying equipment.

Word on the street is there are some Preludes available in the Flea Market. Just in case you have room for anything else:D Think of yourself as the Humane Society for wayward and lost audio gear.

I'll be pulling the Oppo out of the audio closet until some funds are recovered:) Funding the Tylers has proved to a be a bit exhausting.
And you can do a whole lot worse than 6 posts a day:p
