I'm very surprised that no one has gone for this table. If I'm not mistaken, it's a step up from my SL1100. Bill I am very interested in your table. Could you please check on the shipping cost to me? Assuming you feel like selling it to me.

I've decided to NOT spring for a high end table at over $1000 which was my original plan. I figured I'd upgrade what I have first and see if I listen to vinyl often enough to warrant going to an expensive table.

Joe

OH....yes, please do send me pictures.

Joe,
Since I don't have the original packaging, I don't feel comfortable shipping cross border where it is subject to customs inspections. I picked it up really cheap from a distressed seller, so I thought I would pass along the savings to a local Polkie who was interested in getting into vinyl. If nobody here local wants this, I will probably ask $250 for it on Craigslist.

It's not hard to package, really, just time consuming. I sold an old Pioneer PL-55DX T/T awhile back and used foam, etc, to pack it and it made it there like a champ. I think I spent about $20 on packing materials which the guys was ok with for it to make it ok. Main thing is to separate the platter, stabilize the tonearm, etc. I also took off the headshell and packed it in it's own compartment. But I know what you mean...it's a little more work to ship a T/T.

I know exactly how to pack it, I just don't think its worth the effort at this price. Maybe if I were selling the table at market price.

Sorry Joe. Keep your eye on your local Craigslist. You'd be surprised how many wanna-be DJs buy these new and give up after a short time. They usually end up selling them to make the rent payment.

Haven't had a lick of interest from local Polkies, so I'll probably put it on CL tommorrow.

lol I have two 1200M3D's black I'm considering selling. Don't have the spot to put them but who knows...I'll probably end up keeping them just in case I want to get back into DJing.

I just picked up a Rega from Rich, otherwise it would be mine. This table would be a great way to get into vinyl. Surely some polkie in Atlanta needs one. :)
