Hello,

I was thinking of adding some new Polks for my main speakers. And moving my 7600 sat to the SS & RS speakers. I want the main front speakers for 2 channel audio SACD and I will also use them for BluRay 7.1 movies. I have listened to the RTi's and sound very nice. Just wondering how the Monitor 70 compare to the RTi's. Thanks for your 2 cents

I started out with the 70's and now have the Rti10's. The Rti's sound so much more detailed and the bass is clean. They are also brighter than the 70's and this took a while to adjust to. Go demo the Rti10's and see what you think.

The RTi10s are a MUCH nicer speaker in every respect. Have owned both.

I got to listen to the Monitor 70 at CC yesterday. They seem really low on highs.
I am going to truck down to Fry's and see them both side by side. I hear the new RTiA9 is comming out this month. I am trying to find a place that has them to listen too.
