Well, since August of last year I have had one problem after another with my system. It started when my 2 channel amp overheated and shut down. I found that I had a bad crossover in my right channel speaker. I got that fixed, had the Rotel serviced just to be sure it was OK, then......a couple of months later my NAD reciever started going insane and the sound would drop in and out. I sent it down to Seattle to get serviced, NAD sent them a new frontboard and they relaced some bad muting transistors.
I got it back and all seemed fine except that there was little or no subwoofer in some lsitening modes. So off the reciever went again to L.A. The guy there said nothing was wrong with it and I began to suspect that I was a dumbass and had not connected something correctly. Anyway, a NAD tech. support guy who has tried to help me throughout this ordeal told me today that they are replacing my unit with another unit altogether just to make sure all is well. So hopefully this will be the end of this nightmare. I can honestly say that despite everything, NAD has the absolute best customer service of ANY company I have ever dealt with. I just hope the 25's will be singing again soon!!!:)
