Carver CM 1090?

I gave my vintage int. amp to my son and need a replacement for one of my 2 channel systems. Ebay has been listing a number of these Carvers. Being an audiophool and not an audiophile, I like integrated amps and don't need a receiver. The amp is to drive various Polk Monitors. Any thoughts about this equipment? Thanks. Mike

I was thinking about trying one out myself....If I could find one for a reasonable price when I had money...:D
I don't see the harm in trying it out...Or you could go NAD....I am certainly glad I did...:)
