Can anyone recommend a good 2-channel preamp with a sub out or pre-amp out?

Lots of 2 ch pre's have multiple pre-outs so you can use one set for you power amp and one set for your sub(s). You then use the cross-over in your sub to set the range the sub will be active in. I know that some of the higher-end pre's do have an actual LFE/sub out. There are also units such as the Paradigm X-30 that you can use to integrate a sub into your 2 ch system. I have a Rogue pre that has multiple pre-outs that I use for bi-amping, and could also be used for a sub.

B&K Reference 5 S2 has fixed high and low pass crossovers at 80 hz with a 12db slope.

Even has a built in tuner too. :)

As Doug mentioned the Rogue already, The Dodd have dual outputs you can use to run to a sub. Just in case you might want to get your tube on. If you can find a used one for around 350-400 you should be happy, the only complaint has been some low level hiss due to impedance mismatch with some ss amps, only heard at very low volume, but worth mentioning, some amps have zero hiss.

Well right now I have a Rogue Audio Metis Preamp that I love. The Perseus Prepamp from RA is a little out of my price range. At any rate, I have a SVS pb10 NSD which has no crossover. I may just be better buying a new sub and splitting the output from the Metis.
