Russ, you got a quad of kt88's laying around?. I'm looking for a bit more tube sound.
The vt60 with the Svet 6550's sounds good, but looking for the
sound that KT88s tend to give,fattening up the tone in the lower end and mid-range.
The current 6550's getters look very good. Lots of life left in them I think. Just looking for a change.
