This sounds weird, but hit the pedialyte man....Gatorade has a lot of sugar, and can make that shit worse. I use it for hangovers, it works great. Slamming water can make you puke again, so i would sip that shit. I guess I am lucky; I know how to give myself an IV...:D

True! Pedialyte is better for you! It also comes in freeze pops which are great for kids or anyone trying to get refreshed and hydrate.
