my MM120 just started sound like there is something loose
inside and it rattles after every bass note.

it sounds horrible.

my sub is about 1 year old? is this the kind of quality
i can expect from POLK AUDIO?

i surely hope not... is there any way i can get it replaced?

KIM? any info?

The MOMO series has a 3 year warranty now. Simply return the woofer to our service department for exchange.
The address is Polk Audio 2550 Britannia Boulevard Suite D San Diego, CA. 92154. Include a short note stating the problem, return shipping address, daytime phone number, and a copy of your receipt. We recommend shipping it using UPS or FedEx.
