CS175 to CS245i or CSR Much Difference?

Am I going to notice much difference if I make the change? I already have the CS175. Also what one will mate up with my fronts the best?

They are each mid-level centers driven by a receiver, so I would expect them to all be similar. The CSR will mate with your current R models best, look for identical tweeters for the best match. Your next upgrade might be in the direction of separate amps and the larger Polk center speakers.
