No sound front channels

Hey dont know if anyone can help. I have the Parasound A51 amp and C2 controller. I am not getting any sound out of my front speakers or the center , only sound is from the rear. I checked all the connections. Amp and controller hooked up useing XLR cables and all the speaker wire with banana plugs all tight.tried two sources my DVD and the Sirius satalite, still only sound from the rear speakers. Any suggestions . Thanks for your help.

The problem probably lies with with your processor...Some setting is most likely out of wack...I would look in the manual to see if there is some way to reset it...I would hook all of your speakers up to the channels that work on your amp just to be safe...
