What kind of speaker wire, any clips or plugs?

Can I just get regular 14 guage wire? Is monoprice the best, cheapest place for that?

I like monoprice for all cables. 14 gauge yes, banana plugs solder type (no solder is actually needed) Get their premium one's in all cable types.

14 gauge will be fine. Many folks here, me included, like monoprice cable. Is it the best - boy is that a can of worms.

Your connections can all be made with bare wire if you choose, so you don't _need_ banana plugs or anything else. In fact, many purists argue that the best connection is bare wire. However, banana plugs, spade plugs, etc.. can all add to convenience, and with the level of equipment you detailed (and with mine, too) you won't hear any difference at all.

Thanks for the advice...Looks like I'll get the 14 guage wire, and the banana plugs...you say to get the solder type and NOT the screw type??

Also...what is a good, cheap wire stripper for the 14 guage wire...
