I have a pair of M-1.0t's so I can say I really like them! Both have been gone thru by Rita and Bob at Sunfire and work/sound wonderful. I run one on a pair of Polk SDA 1C's and the other hasn't found it's "purpose" yet. I don't know much about the other series of Polk speakers but I'm sure someone can chime in with that combo or something similar to it.
You're talking about using them for Home Theater, right?

It's not too bad. I think it was around $150 (+/-) for each M-1.0t. Rita, who works for Sunfire in Tech, is awesome on getting them back to snuff. You might also try "Classic Carver Repair" and talk to Mylinda. She and Rita kind of work together on this repair business for the older amps. I deal with Rita (and Bob) direct because I am a rep for Sunfire and I can get in touch with them easy!

Kip,
I've been unable to get a reply from Mylinda, but did reach Rita yesterday. CCR is on hiatus...moved...and will be another 2 weeks (at least) before she's setup.

That figures. I guess I lucked out when I had the first amp fixed and had it back within a couple of weeks. Maybe here soon, they'll be good to go.
