Martin Logan SL3's

I just picked up a pair of Martin Logan SL3's. One of the electrostat panels is bad. I am going to get a new one sent. Has anyone ever owned these and replaced the panels? Looks pretty easy, but I am not real savvy when it comes to fixing things.

The working one sounds unbelievable.

I kinda miss my old ML Aeon i's! Good luck changing out the panels.

I have posted over at the ML forum and people seem to be very nice. The panels run $275.00 a piece. I was told I should replace both, but I am probably going to just replace one and see if I like the sound. I can't keep thes and my SDA 1.2TL's, so it will be an interesting test.
