Carver A-735x 3 channel or Three Outlaw Monoblocks?

Hey guys I'm looking to buy either a Carver A-735x 3 channel or three Outlaw Monoblocks for my two fronts LC65i's amd my center LCi-C (all in-walls). I can get the Carver for $700 shipped. Is that a resonable price? I'm looking to buy longterm.
