Sending Oppo back Again..

This will be my third 981. OUCH!!!!!

First one would not sinc with my Mit, sent it back. Defective.

Second one has been freezing up with layer change and when left on over night.

Sending it off monday.

Hopefully third time is a charm.

I'm not (by any means) bashing Oppo. Excellent SACD, DVD-A and upscaling PQ. But the bugs are DRIVING ME CRAZY!!!!!!

One other thing. Power on, eject,,,,wait........wait.......wait.......wait... ...wait........opens. My cheap RCA nore my Denon 1910 never took so long.

Thant one thing bugs me more than anything else about my 971. Oh well, it's still faster than my old Sony. Oddly enough, I remember the 970 opened almost instantaneously.
