Would anyone have any suggestions for adding an AMP to power th eRti10's and Csi5 for my HT.....the yamaha HTR-6090 is my receiver. Or is th HTR-6090 alone enough to power the 10's the csi5 and RTi4's in the rear?

To answer your questions. The Yamaha is not enough to really get the most out of you speakers but it will work for low volumes. Adding an amp was a big improvement to my system and as you can see I have almost the same setup.

I, being a little biased, would recommend a B&K amplifier. You can pick up a used one cheap and even some of the lower wattage models have good current. What every you get it should have high current. IMO if the manufacturer doesn't list a spec for current I would pass on it. I also think for the RTi series a lower slew rate is better.

Check Audiogon and ebay is where I got the amp in my sig.

Outlaw Audio, Parasound, Sunfire, Rotel, Adcom, & Nad are all good companies.

I would get a 5 channel 200wpc amp for all your speakers & be done with it.

You will get more bang for the buck shopping for a used one on Audiogon.
