Just downloaded it. Big fan of Max Payne so I should like it.

Beat it on normal and it unlocks Hard mode and the Barrage technique. Learn to use the environment to kill people, much more fun.

It is a pretty cool demo, I liked it however it was quickly eclipsed by Bioshock.

After you beat it in Hard mode, it unlocks 'Hard Boiled' and spin attack skill, which is fairly entertaining.

It was fun, but this holiday season I have to be ultra-critical of games due to the massive number of AAA titles coming out....

As a HUGE fan of Max Payne 1 + 2....

The frame-rate was very shaky from 60fps down to maybe 18fps...
The way you move around the environment..is... a little silly. If you start backing up you might randomly start sliding over a table, which is just strange. Maybe one could get used to this after putting a few hours in.
The story seems pretty generic run and gun supercop, so hoping for something on the level of Max Payne in the story department isn't going to happen.

If the framerate gets fixed and reviews have positive comments about the story, I might pick it up with the HD version of Hard Boiled.
