Greetings all,
One of my MMC6500 drivers stopped working and I would like a replacement for it. To my disappointment I am unable to locate my sales receipt. Although, the warranty period may have already expired. Polk replaced one driver while still under warranty awhile ago. Since Polk has their service department here in San Diego, if I visit their location will I be able to purchase a new driver from them directly despite that I do not have my sales receipt?
