Your fingers seem to work quite well, but I think you are missing the point. Work less on fingers, and more on the spelling/grammer.

Before recorded history,the chinese Mystics developed a way of life in harmony with the energy flow that they percived in everything from the smallest cell to the entire universe.Their dwellings,clothing.diet,and exercises were in harmony with the universe.They called this natural way the Toa.

Lin Zi chi Kung theorpy is a massage.....sorta like reiki...but different in ways of the understanding of chi.......in japan it's called Ki.......both have the same meaning.

When chi flow is stagnant,illness occurs.The Daoist mystics discovered that dianosis could be made by observing the face,tongue,pulse waves,eyes,voice and chi field.Illness is treated by harmonizing the energies which constitute chi by using the herbs,acupuncture,or chi kung(taoist yoga).......
