Edward Scissorhands arrives on my porch tomorrow. There is no other title on this planet I want more then this and it's almost mine. Looking at the specs and reading this quick review from AVS it sounds fantastic. Lossless audio as well, THANK YOU Fox!

I'm glad you enjoy it, but it NO WAY I'd call that movie a jewel? If that's BR's "crown jewel" then they have some issues...

I haven't seen Edward Scissorhands in years! I'll have to go hunt down a copy. Only a normal DVD for me, sadly. At least for now...

That's one of my favorite movies too. Anything by Tim Burton is awesome though IMO.
I haven't watched this in quite a while now that I think about it...I'll have to dig it up sometime soon.

Wow, it's been about 15 or 16 years since i've seen this movie!
But if the PQ is supposed to be awesome on Bluray, i'll give it another watch.

Don't you feel sorry for people that can't appreciate good movies.....
I think Johnny Depp was just brillant in the movie, but am a big fan of his anyway....
He's still on the hunt for that oscar of his.....

I'm definitley picking this up since it's a dark classic. Tim Burton shot so many worse films after this....almost takes the flavor out of it.
EDIT: I really want to view it in HD.

Is that right? DTS HD 4.0?
That's right, this film never had anything but a stereo sound track, 4.0 is an upgrade.

I would not put it passed them to make a Ratatouille 2 as they have Cars 2 and Toy Story 3 coming a year or two. Why oh why make a Cars 2? I think it’s their worst one and it made the least of the newest films and the cost was one of their highest. :(

I’d much rather see The Bear and the Bow or Newt come out first.
